Hi...

First of all, thank you for visiting my Cruise To Nowhere.

Back to your posting, there are many courses offered on HR by many agencies for its practitioners in Malaysia. However, most organizations recognize the one organized by the industry players.

Example
1. For highrise and complex management, it is from PPK (Persatuan Pengurusan Kompleks)
2. For hotel, usually they recognize program offered by Open University or organized by Malaysia Association of Hotel.
3. Etc...

Generally organizations would accept program offered by Malaysia Institute of Management (MIM) which is more on practical rather than theory which organized by IPTA or IPTS.

If you wanna pursue career abroad in HR, you may want to have those certification organized by international agencies as education in Malaysia is more towards commercial rather than the knowledge itself.
