HR: Management Shortage - Baby Boomers

The decade ahead will see vast numbers of retiring Baby Boomers. To cope with the expected management shortage, organizations are experimenting with "fast tracking". This entails shortening the typical twelve to fifteen year leadership development cycle so promising individuals can move into the next level in about half the time.

aha, mmg skang zaman gen X. Baby Boomers nk retire dah tu~ so, kena prepare le to face the shortage. time tu la its employees' market, bkn mcm skang employers' market.. huhu

hehe~ aiseh, some sharing psl HR ada dlm BM dik-byk nota2 akak dlm English & agak x sempat nk translate (skang br dpt buku baru~ penin sket). apa pun, klu nk tanya details psl kekeliruan psl HR-email je akak. insyaAllah I will help.
