Salam & Hi To All My Readers,

Your help is needed (though you might not be in Klang Valley).

I have Confidence! by Julie Andrews

From The Movie: Sound of Music (my all time movie!)
Song: I have Confidence!

What will this day be like? I wonder.
What will my future be? I wonder.
It could be so exciting to be out in the world, to be free
My heart should be wildly rejoicing
Oh, what's the matter with me?

I've always longed for adventure
To do the things I've never dared
And here I'm facing adventure
Then why am I so scared

A captain with seven children
What's so fearsome about that?

Oh, I must stop these doubts, all these worries
If I don't I just know I'll turn back
I must dream of the things I am seeking
I am seeking the courage I lack

The courage to serve them with reliance
Face my mistakes without defiance
Show them I'm worthy
And while I show them
I'll show me

So, let them bring on all their problems
I'll do better than my best
I have confidence they'll put me to the test
But I'll make them see I have confidence in me

Somehow I will impress them
I will be firm but kind
And all those children
They will look up to me

And mind me with each step I am more certain
Everything will turn out fine
I have confidence the world can all be mine
They'll have to agree I have confidence in me

I have confidence in sunshine
I have confidence in rain
I have confidence that spring will come again
Besides which you see I have confidence in me

Strength doesn't lie in numbers
Strength doesn't lie in wealth
Strength lies in nights of peaceful slumbers
When you wake up -- Wake Up!

It tells me all I trust I lead my heart to
All I trust becomes my own
I have confidence in confidence alone
(Oh help!)

I have confidence in confidence alone
Besides which you see I have confidence in me!

Nonahanim: Yes, I need to have confidence in me! Please!

The importance of productivity has never been greater for organizations competing in the global economy. Berita HR: Gaji minimum diumum Mac ini

PUTRAJAYA 14 Jan.

The Number ONE Fear!

Have you ever taken a moment to stop and think about what you fear most in life? Some people will automatically point their fingers to “death”. Death is a very popular fear, for nobody is actually ready to die, and almost everyone is terrified of death. However, there is one real fear that people experience but never own up to it. According to the Wall Street Journal, it was found that the number one fear in life other then life is ---> "Drumroll please", Public Speaking!

The idea of standing in front of people to deliver a speech sends shivers down the back of most peoples. Public speaking is even more feared then death. I was shocked to find this out but the truth of statistic published by Wall Street Journal cannot be denied. A niggling question however surfaces here are people afraid of public speaking or is it actually a fear of public embarrassment? What do you think? Is it the fear of a multitude of eyes all focused on one person, at you? Or could it simply be that we fear messing up in what is supposed to be a serious and professional act? The act of speaking confidently. Probably it’s a mixture of eyes. And it does differ from person to person, and situation to situation.

However public speaking is not as scary as we perceive it to be. Your first experience with public speaking might not turn out to be what you had hoped for. Probably it might even turn out to be a complete failure in your own eyes. To be frank, this is not the case. Be positive about your public speaking; confine yourself that nobody starts as a perfect speaker. Much practice goes into becoming a good public speakers. Many good public speakers will tell you, they are not born as good speakers. It is something that they had to work hard at, to acquire.

TRUE, whether you or me, all of us will have to undergo the fear factor. But it is also true that this fear can be overcome and we become the most eloquent speakers through practice , because practice makes perfect. We need to build confidence and put to good use the adrenalin that hypes your nervousness. Put the adrenalin to work in a positive manner and you will be able to give an energetic talk.

So, carry on with poise. Give yourself permission not to be perfect and you can be a good speaker. Do you think you still lack? Look around; if you can talk with a total stranger next to you-yes, you can be a good speaker.

Remember guys, life is simple but it is not easy. So, work it out and you will win!!

Simple Plan - When I'm gone

You're doing it...

I look around me
But all I seem to see
It's people going nowhere
Expecting sympathy
It's like we're going through the emotions
Of the scripted destiny
Tell me where's our inspiration
If life won't wait
I guess it's up to me

Whoahh
No we're not gonna waste another moment in this town
Whoahh
We won't come back, the world is coming out
Whoahh
Leave the past in the past go and find the future
And misery loves company
Well so long
You'll miss me when I'm gone
Oooooh...Oooooh...Oooooh...
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
Oooooh...Oooooh...Oooooh...

Procrastination
Running circles in my head
While you sit there contemplating
You'll wind up left for dead (left for dead)
Life it's what happens
While you're busy making your excuses
Another day, another casualty
But that won't happen to me

Whoahh
No we're not gonna waste another moment in this town
Whoahh
We won't come back, the world is coming out

Whoahh
Leave the past in the past go and find the future
And misery loves company
Well so long
You'll miss me when I'm gone
Oooooh...Oooooh...Oooooh...
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
Oooooh...Oooooh...Oooooh...
You're gonna miss me when I'm gooooooone
When I'm gooooooone

Let's go…!
Won't look back
When I say goodbye
We're gonna leave this world behind me
Gonna take what's mine tonight
'cause every wasted day
Becomes a wasted chance
You're gonna wake up feeling sorry
'cause life won't wait
I guess it's up to you

Whoahh
No we're not gonna waste another moment in this town
Whoahh
We won't come back, the world its coming out
Whoahh
Leave the past in the past go and find the future
And misery loves company
Well so long

HR: Domestic Partnership Benefits

More organizations are offering benefit coverage to domestic partners. According to a recent Human Rights Campaign report, the number of companies offering domestic partnership benefits increased by nearly 13%. This trend is driven by several factors, including changing demographics, the desire to be fair, the need to diversify the workplace, and to improve employee morale.

Such a feelin's coming over me
There is wonder in most every thing I see
Not a cloud in the sky, got the sun in my eyes
And I won't be surprised if it's a dream

Everything I want the world to be
Is now coming true especially for me
And the reason is clear, it's because you are here
You're the nearest thing to heaven that I've seen

I'm on the top of the world looking down on creation
And the only explanation I can find
Is the love that I've found ever since you've been around
Your love's put me at the top of the world

Something in the wind has learned my name
And it's telling me that things are not the same
In the leaves on the trees and the touch of the breeze
There's a pleasin' sense of happiness for me

There is only one wish on my mind
When this day is through I hope that I will find
That tomorrow will be just the same for you and me
All I need will be mine if you are here

2010 and I am Single (",)

Wow, it is 2010! How time flies. Getting old and still enjoying the puff of life (yeah, puff as Gingie said-haha). Nothing much though, some picture to share as 2009 is back of us now, and all those great and bad (bad or challenges I say?) memories.

2010: single, older, back in KL for good (currently), start my 'expensive' class (konun2 la~), searching for some scholar, extra care to papa and makcik, reduce weight (yeah!** blink, blink), catch some HR real challenges, get back to some old friends a.k.a more kopitiam sessions-haha, more cool about everything and anything! (sometimes I think too much about small things!!), get the expat 'synchro' (haha), less 'garang' as cik nona, extra humanities work, and work ---> work???

This is not my New Year's Revolution as I don't have any-my calender has always packed with more and more activities. Life is too short and I want to assure it worth to be given to me. Thanks Allah SWT for my wonderful life. Challenges happened because only He knows the limitations and at the end of the day it made me stronger. InsyaAllah.

Well, my calender is full for the year 2010. How bout you?
